Job Summary:

As a House Cleaner at Wicked Clean, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.

2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces.

3. Wipe down surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and furniture.

4. Empty and dispose of trash in accordance with company policies.

5. Make beds and change linens as needed.

6. Assist with organizing and decluttering spaces.

7. Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.

8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.

9. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.

10. Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning products in a safe and effective manner.
     

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a house cleaner or in a similar role.

2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

3. Ability to work independently and efficiently.

4. Excellent time management skills.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

7. Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage.

8. Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures.
    

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous training or certification in cleaning procedures is a plus.
   

Working Conditions:

• This position involves physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

• Work hours may vary and may include evenings or weekends, depending on client needs.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and agents is common.
