Cancellation Policy
​We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please know that we will strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. Keep in mind that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours there will be no fee incurred. However, if you have to cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hours, this causes havoc to our schedule and does not allow our employees to work their full shift. A cancellation or reschedule in less than 48 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee that will be collected in order to get back on the schedule. The same goes for us, if Wicked Clean cancels or reschedules in less than 48 hours, you will receive $50 off your next appointment.
