Wicked Clean - Terms & Conditions

1. Liability Disclaimer

Wicked Clean treats every home and surface with the utmost care. However, some materials are inherently delicate, worn, or prone to damage even with proper cleaning. By engaging our services, you agree that Wicked Clean is not responsible or liable for any damage or breakage involving:

  • Blinds, window coverings, or curtain hardware

  • Metal fixtures, faucets, or tubs

  • Glass, mirrors, or light fixtures

  • Refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, or appliances

  • Natural stone, granite, quartz, mica, or composite countertops

  • Pre-existing scratches, defects, or corrosion revealed during cleaning

  • We use only professional, non-abrasive products and techniques, but cannot guarantee against issues caused by age, wear, or improper previous care.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, and plans change. We’ll always do our best to be flexible.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: Cancel or reschedule at no cost.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation/reschedule fee applies to secure your next appointment. This helps ensure our staff can maintain full shifts.

  • If Wicked Clean cancels within 48 hours: You’ll receive $50 off your next cleaning as a courtesy.
     

3. Access & Scheduling

Clients are responsible for ensuring Wicked Clean has safe and timely access to the property. This includes providing entry instructions, gate or alarm codes, and securing pets. If our team is unable to access the home within 15 minutes of arrival, the visit may be rescheduled and subject to the $50 cancellation fee.

4. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Invoices not paid within 7 days are subject to a $25 late fee.

  • Returned checks or failed payments will incur a $35 processing fee.
     

5. Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want your castle to sparkle. If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right. After that time, any re-cleaning or refunds will be handled at our discretion.

6. Service Adjustments

Prices are based on the frequency and condition of your home. Should cleaning frequency change (e.g., bi-weekly to monthly), or if there are excessive build-ups, additional time or costs may apply.

7. Safety & Environment

Wicked Clean reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary, or presents a health hazard to our staff. We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible, but clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to service.

8. Photos & Marketing

Wicked Clean may take before-and-after photos for quality control or marketing purposes. No identifiable personal or private information will ever be shared.

9. Terms Updates

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
